My Lord, Your Lordship's Circular Letter of the 19th of October, inclosing an Order of the King in Council to prohibit the Exportation of Arms, Gun-Powder or other Military Stores from Great Britain is duely received. And I have concerted Measures with the Admiral and the Commissioners of the Customs for Stopping and Securing all Military Stores that shall be attempted to be imported into this Province except by Licence from his Majesty or the Privy Council.
The Circular Letters for the other Governors have been forwarded.
