Our mutual Friend Collo [Philip] Moore has no do~bt informed you of the forwardness of our Ship of War called the Portsmouth 2 we are now laying her Gun Deck, shall if it holds good weather, be nearready to Launch next Week — Cap. [Robert] Parker who we have spoke too, to Command her has all his Hands ready or will be by the time the Ship is. It will be or'great Advantage if you can come immediately down here, & settle the Matter about rigging & Sails the Ship may be verry soon Dispatched. if the Ouns are Ready — pray let me see you this Week if possible I am in want of Cash, have been paying out of my own little Stock some time — I am with all Due Respct
