I HEREBY give notice to Benjamin Strother, William Brown, John Pearce, William Roberts,1 and Joseph Brinham, of Westmoreland, and Reuben Tripth and Thomas Mathison of Loudoun county, that they must be at Fraser's ferry, on Mattapony, as soon as possible, in order to go on board the ship Delegates.2
