You pointed out, Sir, in your Letter of the 3rd of this month, that The Captain of the Privateer The general Wislin [General Mifflin] did not appear disposed to carry out the order which you had given him to set sail, although The wind was favorable. You will notify him that if he does not Sail, he will be treated as insubordinate to the King's orders; and moreover if, after having repeated to him The Order that you had already given, he does not Comply with it, it will be necessary to seize The Ship. l am writing to the officers of the Admiralty about this. . . .
